How long does shipping take?
Art prints are printed to order: production takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships with tracking. Trending products are processed in 1–3 business days, and US delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over $35 ship free.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage within 30 days and we will replace the item or refund you.
Can I return a print?
Art prints are made to order, so we accept returns for damage, defects, or misprints. Gadgets and trending products may be returned unused within 30 days.
Are the prints original artwork?
Yes — every print is an edition of Shawn Kabungaidze's original artwork, printed to order.
Do you take commissions?
Yes, Shawn accepts a limited number of commissions each month. Reach out through the Contact page or Instagram @da_illustrates.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
